Help with drawing up an employment contract for your nanny or if you tell us your specification we will make one for you.
A settling in period of 12 weeks in which you can get a free replacement nanny as long as you have stuck to the terms in your contract.
Agency fee free nanny replacement when your nanny is off sick, on annual leave or maternity leave.
As we understand most families are employers for the first time we ensure that we assist as much as we can with nanny taxing, hence for families employing nannies for 30hrs and above we will give you free tax services for the first 12 months.
For families employing nannies 20-29 hours we will assist with 50% of the payment if they decide to use Nanny Paye to help them with tax (please note for these taxation benefits you need to talk to members of Stork and Cradle directly, and they will process them for you).
